We explained our problem and she suggested we go to Tech Svc. and then hung up on us. After another hour (we were # 109 on the Q) a women answered our call. After waiting for an hour and 1/2 we were told our number was 109! to speak with someone else. We again tried to contact Microsoft and have them make the remaining changes we wanted. They informed us that it was not their problem and I must go to Microsoft and have it taken care of. We then went to Microsoft who said is was an HP problem and they should have the HP manufacture takeĬare of it. To have someone at our cable company provider fix this issue.
